Qualifications

• Experience in project/programme environments (nuclear, engineering, defence, infrastructure, construction or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Confident communicator and able to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with tools such as ARM, Safran risk or similar.
• Risk qualification or equivalent experience.
• Tenacity, ambition and drive.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification of threats and opportunities across project and programme portfolios.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and modelling (including probability and impact evaluation).
• Plan, organise and facilitate risk workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Maintain and develop project risk registers.
• Produce clear and accurate risk reports to inform key decision making.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote robust risk management practices.
