The candidate will use CEMAR for timescales, coordinate change management, and support bid opportunities, ensuring timely delivery and robust commercial governance within a regulated nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• NEC contract administration experience essential.
• Experience with NEC4 Professional Service Contracts preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying preferred.
• Capability to manage and prioritise competing priorities.
• Strong focus on accuracy and contract compliance.
• Experience with CEMAR is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration for existing contracts and ensuring timely performance under the Commercial Manager guidance.
• Provide commercial advice to Contract Leads and monitor contract timescales with CEMAR.
• Oversee applications for payments and maintain accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate communications under the contract and support weekly/monthly progress meetings.
• Assist with change management, early warnings and bid support for new call-off contracts.
• Support cost control, forecasting submissions and interface with Client teams.
