Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Project/Task Manager to support and lead Task/Project delivery on the NWS LLWR site in Cumbria. You will liaise with the Client, Stakeholders, Subcontractors and other trades, coordinating all aspects to meet scoped requirements, CDM and SLSPs within budget and time allowances.

Responsibilities include managing consultant work, resources, and costs, maintaining a proactive Safety culture, and representing the company professionally in all dealings

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tasks/projects on large site operations.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and site procedures.
• Ability to manage consultants and subcontractors within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define scope with the Client for Task/Project.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Resource management and client/stakeholder liaison throughout delivery.
• Assess risk and communicate with all parties.
• Maintain working programme and schedules; track issues and change control.
• Review costs with Commercial team to monitor financial performance.
