Job summary

Assystem is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls team on a nuclear power project. You will ensure standardized estimating, reporting, and governance across the programme, guiding data quality and forecast accuracy.

Hybrid UK-based role with exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will manage complex estimating data, drive continuous improvement, and mentor the Programme/Area team and apprentices in estimating methods and tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in project management or related field.
• Experience in a project controls discipline within a major construction project.
• Expert knowledge of Estimating tools, techniques and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain accurate forecasts aligned with CBS/WBS.
• Ensure maintenance of project controls data in the project software.
• Deliver timely reporting with commentary on key drivers and performance issues.
• Challenge significant issues impacting programme objectives and propose solutions.
• Lead training for Estimating and supporting teams on tools and processes.
• Present accurate project controls information at reviews and governance forums.
