Job summary

Morson is seeking a Contract Engineering Lead for Sizewell C to oversee design delivery and interfaces across multiple partners. The role focuses on coordinating technical activities, managing risk, and ensuring alignment with project requirements on a major nuclear build.

The successful candidate will lead design governance, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with UK nuclear regulations, with NSV CTC readiness as a priority.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (Civil/Structural/Architectural/Process/Mechanical).
• Knowledge of UK nuclear regulations and applicable legislation.
• Ability to obtain NSV CTC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of engineering design delivery strategies.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage Scope of Works documentation for Contract Partners.
• Coordinate design gateways and design reviews.
• Maintain contract risk register and provide updates.
• Lead technical interfaces across the contract and wider project.
• Coordinate and consolidate stakeholder comments throughout the deliverables review process.
