Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified or studying towards ACMA, ACA or ACCA.
• 3 to 7 years’ experience in project accounting environment.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/SOX/FCPA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out month end activities and close the period with detailed cost review for billing.
• Produce accurate project forecasts in collaboration with project teams.
• Review timesheet bookings for accuracy of hours and codes.
• Ensure expense policies are followed and updated as needed.
• Assist in monthly Application for Payment (AFP) and invoicing.
• Support monthly cost assurance and financial reviews with operations.
