Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear, part of the Babcock International Group, is recruiting a Pipefitter Supervisor for the UK’s Hinkley Point C project. You will lead on-site teams, champion health, safety and compliance, and drive productivity in a major nuclear construction environment.

Role involves days and nights shifts with competitive ECSA pay rates and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter Supervisor on engineering projects.
• Nuclear power experience is preferred.
• Experience on major construction projects is required.
• Possess a CCNSG Safety Passport and relevant safety training.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line HSE leadership to the team and promote a positive Nuclear Safety Culture.
• Guide teams to achieve high productivity while prioritising safety and quality.
• Ensure completion of the agreed scope within the established timeframe and compliance with all regulations.
• Transmit instructions, specifications and regulatory requirements clearly to the workforce.
