Pulse Healthcare seeks a Specialist Clinical Technologist for Nuclear Medicine in Derby. The role focuses on operating GE gamma cameras, administering radiopharmaceuticals, and delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging within NHS-aligned protocols.

You will work with radiographers and physicians, maintaining imaging standards, radiation safety, and patient care, with a Monday-Friday 37.5 hour schedule and a start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• HCPC, RCT, or AHCS registration (preferred).
• Degree in Nuclear Medicine, Radiography, or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating GE gamma cameras in nuclear medicine imaging.

Responsabilités

• Perform a wide range of nuclear medicine procedures, including administration, imaging and image processing.
• Collaborate with radiographers, nuclear medicine physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.
• Maintain imaging quality, adhere to radiation safety protocols and health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrate strong patient handling and communication.
