Job description

Mediplacements are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 8A Nuclear Medicine Physicist to work with one of our clients based in London.

This is a permanent role due to start as soon as possible with a pay rate of £56,000 - £62,000 per annum. This role will be full time (37.5 hours per week).

Duties will include:
  1. To plan, organise and implement a quality assurance programme for all equipment in Nuclear Medicine.
  2. To play a lead role in ensuring the department maintains legislative compliance.
  3. To play a lead role in the administration of radionuclide therapies.
  4. To supervise and assist with the training of trainee clinical scientists, nurses, radiographers and technicians.
  5. To assist in the upload and maintenance of documents within the department's quality management software.
