Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or nuclear environments.
• Experience in HVAC field and comfortable in production/prefabrication environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions accurately.
• Commitment to strict nuclear safety and quality standards.
• Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Prefabricate HVAC ductwork assemblies (grids, accessories) as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Organize and prepare duct, components and assemblies for dispatch to the Hinkley Point C construction site, ensuring quantities and specifications match project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on prefabricated components to confirm compliance with nuclear industry standards and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of prefabrication progress, inventory, and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure the warehouse workspace is organized and adheres to all health, safety, and security protocols, including nuclear site-related safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse workflow and prefabrication processes
