Job summary

Dalkia is seeking an Electrical Non-Working Supervisor for the Hinkley Point C project to oversee electrical installation activities, supervise operatives and subcontractors, and ensure work meets BS 7671 and safety standards.

This non-working supervisor role focuses on supervision, coordination, planning with project managers, and reporting progress to site management, while supporting quality and regulatory compliance on a major UK nuclear site.

Qualifications

• Electrical supervisory experience on site preferred.
• BS2391 Inspection and Testing qualification desirable.
• ILM Level 3 Certificate C&B enrolment with Nuclear Unit required.
• NECS booking confirmation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on site.
• Lead electrical operatives and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality work.
• Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Identify, report, and resolve defects and non-conformances.
