Job summary

Amentum is recruiting an experienced Project Manager (Control & Instrumentation) to join the Nuclear Power Engineering and Technical Services team supporting EDF Energy Nuclear Generation in the UK.

You will work on key projects at Sizewell B, mentored by senior managers, with opportunities to develop leadership skills across complex, multi-disciplinary programs. Hybrid, with predominance on-site at the power station.

Qualifications

• Degree educated in engineering or related subject; Chartership preferred.
• APMP formal project management qualification or equivalent; familiar with modern project management in complex organisations.
• Understanding of Safety Cases including CDM and health and safety legislation.
• Experience with cost control, planning, scheduling and Earned Value tools; commercial awareness.
• Experience at Power Stations and Nuclear Licensed Sites is preferred.
• Experience managing projects across full lifecycle in multi-disciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project execution strategy with client PPM; lead cross-functional team to deliver safely within baseline.
• Based at Sizewell B Power Station; report to client; occasional travel to other UK sites.
• Work in highly regulated environments with high safety standards and culture.
• Develop relationships, maintain networks, be results-focused with a team-centred approach.
