Altrad are seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor for the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater, Somerset. The role involves supervising lifting and piping activities on site, with a 10/4 shift pattern and 10:45-hour shifts.

The position is paid under ECSA agreements with lodge and travel paid where applicable. Key responsibilities include interpreting drawings, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience required.
• Additional quals for supervision include IOSH, SMSTS or LATS.
• These certifications are required alongside a valid CCNSG Safety Passport.

Responsabilités

• Supervise team members in an effective and professional manner.
• Ensure adherence to BS/EN standards and site procedures.
• Manage health & safety, environmental performance and industrial relations on site.
• Coordinate with trade teams and ensure timely delivery of priorities.
• Oversee erection, set-up and testing of lifting equipment and piping services.
