Job summary

Amey is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple construction and engineering projects across Nuclear Restoration Services. The role demands front-end and pre-construction leadership, engaging clients, developing briefs and mobilising site activities with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and programme delivery.

You will manage complex schemes across regulated environments, coordinating designers, contractors and operations teams while maintaining commercial performance and strong

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction or engineering projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Strong programme and commercial management skills.
• Experience working with contractors and supply chain partners in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple concurrent construction and engineering projects across Nuclear Restoration Services sites with focus on safety, quality, programme and commercial performance.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, develop project briefs and support early-stage definition.
• Visit sites to scope works, identify risks and support effective mobilisation.
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, prepare cost estimates and support planning through pre-construction lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, delivery strategies, programmes and documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including designers, consultants, subcontractors, commercial, engineering, HSEQ and operations.
