EDF’s Civil Engineering Graduate Programme invites you to build a career shaping low-carbon energy in the UK. You’ll start with a salary of £37,500 and join our graduate community across civil engineering projects in nuclear and energy infrastructure.

The 16‑month programme offers design support, site inspections, and hands-on experience using Navisworks and PDMS, with potential placements at Gloucester or Glasgow and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Security vetting will ordinarily require UK residence for at least three of the past five years.
• Assessment Centre online on 10 November 2026; candidate must be available to attend.

Responsibilities

• Support design activities and site inspections across civil projects.
• Work on operating power stations and nuclear new build projects.
• Gain hands-on experience with Navisworks and PDMS within a 16‑month programme.
• Contribute to EDF's low-carbon energy strategy and safety standards.
