EDF (UK) invites graduates in civil engineering to join a 16-month programme starting in September 2027, with a starting salary of £37,500 and support toward professional registration with the ICE.

You will gain hands-on experience across civil engineering projects within EDF's nuclear business, including design support, site inspections, and work on nuclear facilities, guided by a tailored development pathway and relocation support for placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Interest in nuclear energy, power generation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a variety of civil engineering projects across EDF's nuclear business.
• Support design activities and site inspections.
• Work on operating power stations and nuclear new build projects.
• Develop tools to automate calculations and support engineering modifications.
