Job summary

EDF’s Nuclear Graduate programme at Hinkley Point C offers a two-year development path beginning September 2027 with a starting salary of £37,500 and a structured set of STEM placements designed to build technical expertise, confidence and leadership.

You'll rotate across commissioning, pre-operations and engineering teams, gaining experience at one of Europe’s largest engineering projects while being based primarily on site in the Bridgwater/Bristol area with relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in STEM or related fields.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability.
• Must meet UK security vetting criteria (UK resident 3 of the past 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured two-year development programme across nuclear placements.
• Work across engineering, chemistry, environment and reactor operations disciplines.
• Develop leadership and technical skills while contributing to EDF projects.
