Job summary

ALTEN is delivering civil engineering expertise for one of the UK’s largest nuclear infrastructure programmes in Bristol, with an on-site presence of three days per week. The role focuses on adapting and developing critical documentation to ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements in a low-carbon energy context.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting major infrastructure, energy, nuclear, or highly regulated engineering projects.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, engineering standards, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Working toward or holding professional registration with a recognized engineering institution.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review BTS documentation updates reflecting design changes.
• Participate in kick-off meetings and technical workshops with client and stakeholders.
• Collect data and identify engineering updates aligned to project requirements.
• Submit updated documentation for technical review and incorporate feedback.
