Vision for Education are recruiting for the National Teaching Assistant Programme (NTAP) Teaching Assistant in Lincoln, working on a flexible supply basis across local primary, secondary and SEND schools. The programme offers paid placements, fully funded training and ongoing support to help you start a rewarding career in education.

This role is suitable for those with little or no classroom experience who want to build skills while making a real difference in pupils’ lives.

Qualifications

• Have transferable skills from care, support work, youth work, sports coaching, nursery or customer service.
• Be passionate about working with children and young people.
• Be flexible to work across many schools and year groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, reliable and committed to making a positive impact.
• Hold or be prepared to undergo Enhanced DBS check and Update Service registration.
