Vision for Education Ltd. is recruiting motivated individuals in Market Rasen to become Trainee Teaching Assistants. No prior classroom experience is required, and the programme combines training with real classroom exposure.

You will learn how to support pupils, work with teachers, and foster positive behaviour. After completing the programme, there is potential for a paid placement in local schools, including primary, secondary, or SEND settings.

Become a Teaching Assistant

The National Teaching Assistant Programme offers a structured route into education, combining dedicated training with the opportunity to gain real classroom experience.

You'll learn how to support pupils, work effectively alongside teachers, encourage positive behaviour, and help create an environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

After successfully completing the programme, you'll have the opportunity to take up a paid placement in a local primary, secondary, or SEND school.

To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
