Role Purpose

- The Planning, Monitoring, and Control (PM&C) Professional sets up, operates, and assures processes related to:
- Budgeting and Cost Management
- Managerial Analysis
- Time scheduling and phasing
- The PM&C Professional may also handle aspects of Project Management Integration such as Risk & Opportunity Management
- Provides support to Portfolio, Programme, and Project Managers, and Service Delivery Managers within the local Programme Management Office framework.

Common Role Accountabilities

- Contribute to a culture of delivery excellence
- Provide guidance on project management processes during project setup, execution, and closure
- Support administrative and management activities for projects, programmes, and portfolios
- Produce management information, including scenario modeling, to analyze project, programme, or portfolio health
- Support governance and reporting requirements

Responsibilities include awareness of the project management lifecycle and working independently across portfolios, programmes, and projects.

- Support to portfolios, programmes, and projects as per local PMO conditions
