An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join their Upper Marr Community Nursing Team. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care across multiple bases in the Aberdeenshire area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and community nursing experience, showcasing their ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Position: Band 5 Community Staff Nurse
Location: Upper Marr Community Nursing Team – covering Huntly and Alford bases
Hours: 37 hours per week, weekend cover required due to service demands.
Team: Upper Marr Community Nursing Team, committed to delivering high-quality nursing care within the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
Responsibilities: The post holder will work across all four Upper Marr Community Nurse bases, providing safe, effective, person-centred care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, be confident working independently, and have community nursing experience.
Requirements: Full current driver’s license, access to a car (pool car may be available). Experience in community nursing is essential.
