Job summary

Education Supply Pool Ltd is seeking Newly Qualified Teachers to begin work in Caerphilly and surrounding areas on a supply basis. This role offers flexible daily, short-term and long-term placements to gain experience while completing your teaching qualification.

Ideal candidates hold QTS/PGCE or a BA in Education and have at least 3 months UK teaching experience, with the ability to manage behaviour and deliver engaging lessons across settings.

Qualifications

• On course to obtain or have recently obtained QTS, a PGCE or a BA in Education.
• Minimum 3 months experience teaching within a UK Primary or Secondary School.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
• Plan innovative and creative lessons with the correct Education and Training.
• Liaise with other staff to deliver curriculum.
• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils.
• Inspire and motivate pupils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across primary/secondary settings and adapt to different schools.
• Maintain pupil assessments and track progress.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver curriculum and resources.
• Manage behaviour and maintain discipline.
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons to diverse groups.
