Education Supply Pool is seeking Newly Qualified Teachers to start work in Caerphilly and surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately. Qualifications

• Hold QTS, PGCE, or BA in Education.
• Minimum 3 months UK primary/secondary teaching experience.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
• Plan innovative and creative lessons with relevant curriculum.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver the curriculum and assess pupils.
• Inspire and motivate pupils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons and assess pupil progress.
• Liaise with staff to implement curriculum.
• Maintain pupil behaviour and safety.
• Adapt lessons to different schools' contexts.
