I am looking for a passionate newly qualified solicitor to join a dynamic COP team. Their work centers around supporting individuals who lack mental capacity—often due to traumatic brain injury—by helping them navigate complex legal and financial matters with dignity and clarity.
As part of this highly collaborative and client-focused group, you'll contribute to the management of deputyship cases, statutory wills, and the administration of property and financial affairs. You'll work alongside a multi-disciplinary team that puts the client's wellbeing at the heart of every decision.
A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in Court of Protection. Ideally, you'll have experience working on deputyship and related matters, but we welcome applications outside this range if you bring the right attitude and skillset.
