Are you a technically minded, hardworking Newly Qualified Solicitor, Paralegal, or CILEx with experience working within a Court of Protection team? If so, we want to hear from you.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a newly qualified solicitor, CILEx, or paralegal with experience working with vulnerable clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Court of Protection processes and procedures, with experience making applications in that Court and managing the financial affairs of vulnerable people under Deputyship Orders.

You will also have:

• Experience managing clients’ financial affairs under a Lasting or Enduring Power of Attorney.
• The ability to advise clients on all aspects of Court of Protection matters and handle clients’ financial affairs with integrity and sensitivity.
• The autonomy to manage your own caseload with support from our experienced team.
• The ability to deal with clients and their families compassionately during vulnerable times.
