They are looking to hire a Newly Qualified Solicitor into their Residential Property team.

The Role

This opportunity involves working on a broad and high-quality caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• High-value transactions involving UK and overseas clients
• New build and off-plan purchases (including Help to Buy)
• Lease extensions, title reviews, and property finance
• Liaising with agents, developers, and international clients

You will be mentored by senior lawyers and work with an impressive client base, providing a strong platform for your career in property law.

About You

• Newly qualified solicitor (0–1 PQE) with experience in residential or commercial property
