NQ Solicitor - Property in Chester is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded property team. You will assist with and manage property transactions from instruction through to completion, including title investigations and Land Registry work.

You will work closely with an experienced Partner, benefit from hands-on training, and take increasing responsibility as you develop your caseload in a high-quality conveyancing practice. Hybrid working available after probation.

Qualifikationen

• Newly qualified Solicitor with Property experience
• Strong grounding in residential conveyancing and/or commercial property
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Aufgaben

• Assist with and manage property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Prepare and review contract documentation and supporting paperwork
• Undertake title investigations and report on title and transaction information
• Deal with Land Registry applications and registrations
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents and other third parties to progress transactions
• Develop knowledge across a broad range of property and conveyancing matters
• Work closely with an experienced Partner and benefit from hands-on training and support
• Take increasing responsibility for your own caseload as experience develops
