Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property litigation matters including landlord/tenant disputes
• Manage boundary and rights of way disputes
• Work on business tenancies under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Handle service charge disputes and defects in building works
• Deal with dilapidations, forfeiture, rent arrears and injunctive proceedings

Property Litigation Solicitor – 1 PQE+

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000

Working arrangement: Hybrid Working (2 Days from Home)

A leading regional Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing department in Cambridgeshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to join a highly regarded disputes team at an exciting stage of growth.

You will work closely with a well-respected Partner who is continuing to expand the team as part of the firm’s ambitious five-year growth strategy. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of both residential and commercial property disputes, providing excellent quality work and long-term progression opportunities.

The caseload will include a wide range of property litigation matters, including:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Boundary disputes
• Rights of way disputes
• Business tenancies under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Service charge disputes
• Defective building works claims
• Dilapidations claims on lease termination
• Forfeiture matters
• Rent arrears recovery
• Injunctive proceedings
