William James Recruitment is seeking an NQ Private Client Solicitor in Manchester to join a growing team within a highly regarded Legal 500 firm. You will work closely with individuals and families on wills, probate and a broad range of private client matters in a supportive environment.

This role offers high-quality work, mentoring, and clear progression with a salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits, including private healthcare, pension, and other staff perks.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify imminently.
• Private client experience as a paralegal or in a training seat.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
• Good financial awareness and commercial understanding.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Motivated to develop within private client.

Responsibilities

• Support a varied caseload of private client matters.
• Assist with wills, probate and estate administration.
• Advise on lasting powers of attorney.
• Work closely with clients to provide practical support.
• Handle financial administration and payment processes.
• Support senior solicitors on more complex matters.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Develop technical knowledge across private client work.
