Think Legal Recruitment is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor for our Manchester office. The role offers a hybrid working pattern within a leading national firm and opportunities to handle complex private client matters.

We seek a solicitor with at least 1 PQE, skilled in wills, trusts, deeds of variation and estate administration. There will be excellent training, development, and networking opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• 1+ PQE with solid experience in wills, trusts and estate administration.
• Experience drafting deeds of variation and powers of attorney.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and draft wills, lifetime trusts and deeds of variation.

• Network externally and across offices to develop client relationships.

Private Client Solicitor – Manchester

Due to an exciting period of growth, wehave a rare opportunity for a private client solicitor to join a leading national firm in their Manchester office.

The private client team in Manchester is part of a successful national offering and is headed up by a recognised private client partner who is an approachable, empathetic and knowledgeable leader. The role will involve working closely with this partner, alongside other peer level solicitors in a close knit and incredibly friendly team.

The team act for high net worth individuals on a range of private client matters including trusts and estates and tax and succession planning. This is a great career opportunity for a private client solicitor looking to act on matters such as these which are often complex and interesting private client cases. There will also be plenty of opportunity for networking both externally and cross office as well as further training and development opportunities to enhance career development.

The team are looking for a private client solicitor (at least 1 PQE) with a solid background of advising on and drafting wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorneys and estate administration.
