Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of an East London-based law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wills & Probate/Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This full-time, office-based position is suitable for newly qualified candidates or those with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Company Overview: The firm is well-established and respected, based in East London, specializing in conveyancing (residential and commercial), litigation, family law, and private client services. Due to recent growth, they are expanding the private client team.

Role Overview: As a key member of the private client team, you will handle estate administration (probate and intestacy), apply for grants of representation, prepare inheritance tax returns, draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (Finance & Property, Health & Welfare), and manage Court of Protection deputyship cases. Client contact requires a confident and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:
