Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of an East London-based law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wills & Probate/Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This full-time, office-based position is suitable for newly qualified candidates or those with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Company Overview - The firm is well-established and respected, specializing in conveyancing, litigation, family law, and private client services. They are expanding their private client team due to growth.

Role Overview: - As a key member of the private client team, you will handle estate administration (probate and intestacy), apply for grants of representation, prepare inheritance tax returns, draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (Finance & Property and Health & Welfare), and manage Court of Protection deputyship cases. Client interaction requires a confident and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:
