Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of an East London-based law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wills & Probate/Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This full-time position is office-based, and they are looking for candidates who are newly qualified or have up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Company Overview - The firm is well-established and respected, specializing in conveyancing, litigation, family law, and private client services. Due to growth, they are expanding the private client team and are looking for a skilled Private Client Solicitor.

Role Overview: - As a key member of the private client team, you will handle estate administration, apply for grants of representation, prepare inheritance tax returns, draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (Finance & Property and Health & Welfare), and manage Court of Protection deputyship cases. Client interaction requires a confident and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estate administration, including probate and intestacy cases
• Applying for grants of representation
• Drafting Wills and LPAs
• Managing inheritance tax returns and providing advice
• Handling Court of Protection deputyship cases
• Client interaction with sensitive and professional advice
• Collaborating with team members
