Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an NQ Employment Solicitor to join a high-calibre team. The role offers hybrid or fully remote working, with a salary up to £55,000 depending on experience, in Bristol or South Wales.

You will specialise in Employment Law from day one, with a clear path for progression. You will gain exposure to a broad mix of contentious and advisory matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing, and you'll receive close supervision from experienced employment

Qualifications

• NQ Solicitor with an interest in Employment Law.
• Experience in contentious matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work across a broad mix of employment matters, both contentious and advisory.
• Assist with and manage Employment Tribunal proceedings.
• Advise employers and employees on rights, strategy and settlements.
• Develop expertise in unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

NQ Employment Solicitor

Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE

The key point with this role is that you do not need to have trained exclusively in Employment. Candidates coming from almost any litigation background will be considered where there is a genuine interest in developing within Employment Law.

You will:

• Work across a broad mix of contentious and advisory Employment matters
• Gain exposure to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Assist with and manage Employment Tribunal proceedings
• Advise both employers and employees
• Develop settlement negotiation and advocacy experience
• Receive close supervision and structured development from experienced Employment lawyers
