Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 law firm who are looking for an NQ Employment Solicitor to join their team in Leeds.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide legal advice to clients on employment law matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in employment tribunals.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas.

The successful candidate:

• NQ solicitor with a strong interest in employment law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing a busy caseload
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
