TSR Legal in Cardiff is seeking a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor to join the Corporate & Commercial team in our brand new Cardiff office. You will work on a varied range of corporate and commercial matters and develop your technical expertise while building client relationships.

This role offers early responsibility, a supportive culture, and opportunities to contribute to growth in the South Wales market.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Solicitor with exposure to corporate and commercial work.
• Strong drafting and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively and deliver a high standard of client service.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including business acquisitions and disposals, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, and debt and equity funding arrangements.
• Develop your own caseload, support clients through key business transactions and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Build client relationships and get involved in business development to raise profile in the South Wales market.
