Job Description:

Leading regional law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team in the Midlands. The role offers an excellent starting salary, comprehensive benefits, and a clear career progression path. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing the commercial litigation department, handling cases such as shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence, and partnership disputes.
• Working directly with the partner, contributing to the firm's success.
• Handling all aspects of commercial litigation, including disclosure, case management, drafting witness statements, and attending trials.
• Engaging in settlement negotiations, arbitration, and mediation.
• Business development and networking within the regional market.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for commercial litigation, some experience in a regional or national law firm, and a strong network of contacts. They should be eager to develop their career and demonstrate experience across the full litigation process, advising UK and international clients, including corporations, governments, and high-net-worth individuals.
