Our client is a reputable claimant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 0-3 years PQE to join their Manchester office. This is primarily a remote working role with occasional attendance at the office for training twice a year.
Your new role
This Clinical Negligence Lawyer role involves handling your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial. Cases will include litigated and pre-litigated matters, of a fast and multi-track nature. You will also support senior team members with more complex, higher-value cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-3 years PQE. Prior experience in clinical negligence matters is essential. Experience managing your own claimant clinical negligence caseload is advantageous.
