Job summary

MultiStaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Litigation Solicitor to join our Client's legal team in the United Kingdom. You will manage and support the litigation process across a variety of cases, ensuring progression, adherence to procedures, and effective communication with clients and external counsel.

The successful applicant will have newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE in litigation, with experience in civil litigation, employment and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Be able to deal with a wide range of contentious matters including civil litigation, employment and dispute resolution.
• Work closely with clients in a highly client-facing role.
• Have a professional, friendly and reassuring approach to clients.
• Deal with your own caseload, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritising work as required.
• Display good communication skills and be a strong team player.
• Be comfortable adhering to compliance, policies and internal systems.
