Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd in Oswestry is seeking an experienced NPORS Banksman to join a professional construction team on a site-based role. Immediate start and a competitive rate reflect the fast-paced conditions on site.

You will safely direct plant and vehicle movements, assist with deliveries and help maintain safe access and egress around the site while upholding high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid NPORS Banksman / Traffic Marshal qualification.
• Valid CSCS card where required by site.
• Previous experience working as a Banksman on a construction site.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Direct and marshal site vehicles and plant safely.
• Guide reversing vehicles and plant per site procedures.
• Assist with movement of deliveries around the site.
• Ensure pedestrians and vehicles are segregated safely.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, plant operators and management.
• Maintain awareness of hazards and changing site conditions.
• Follow RAMS and health and safety procedures.
