Haven in the United Kingdom is seeking a vigilant Lifeguard to safeguard guests and ensure a safe, enjoyable time in the water.

You’ll monitor pools, respond to incidents with first aid, enforce rules, and help guests with queries, while undergoing comprehensive training and DBS checks. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible hours with opportunities for funded qualifications and team perks.

Qualifications

• Current NPLQ certification.
• Proficient swimming ability.
• Excellent observation and decision-making.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies with first aid and rescue as needed.
• Enforce facility rules to promote safety and enjoyment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pool area.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries.
