Omega is seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer to join its NPI Quality team in Buckingham, England. This role is vital for ensuring flawless product introductions and driving APQP activity within the automotive sector. Qualifications

• Strong experience within medium-volume manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Deep knowledge of automotive quality tools and APQP methodology.
• Solid understanding of IMDS.
• Experience working directly with customers and suppliers.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APQP documentation through to PPAP approval for new programme launches.
• Execute PPAP submissions for customer-driven and internal engineering changes.
• Oversee quality-related gateway tasks and ensure compliance with customer standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive effective problem resolution.
