Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading large multi-disciplinary engineering teams in NPI.
• Strong technical background in semiconductor/electronics.
• Experience with ISO26262/ISO21434 helpful.
• PMI/PMP cert desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through NPI to develop embedded processor solutions.
• Define schedules and resource plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, Software, Product Management and Manufacturing.
• Drive production ramp and optimize for gross margin and yields.
