Job summary

83zero Ltd is seeking an experienced NPI Programme Manager to lead multiple New Product Introduction programmes for an engineering and manufacturing business in Stafford. You will guide development through production, coordinating engineering, operations and stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget and to quality targets.

You’ll manage several programmes simultaneously, drive plans, schedules and milestones, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent project management experience with 10+ years in design, development, engineering or operations.
• At least 5 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong engineering PM and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in automotive engine manufacturing, aerospace or mechanical eng/manufacturing.
• Ability to manage complex programmes, solve problems quickly and work independently.
• Strong communication, organisation and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Desirable: engine products or new product introduction within an engineering-led environment.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets and milestones.

• Oversee pilot builds, field follow-up and the transition into first production.

Rate: £46.61 per hour / £348.57 p/day (inside IR35)
Duration: 12 months, with likely extension
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm | Friday, 8:00am-1:00pm

We're looking for an experienced NPI Programme Manager to lead multiple New Product Introduction programmes for a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing business.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of exciting new product launches, lead high-performing, cross-functional teams and help bring innovative engine technologies from development through to production.

You’ll manage multiple programmes simultaneously, working closely with engineering, operations and wider business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and against key quality and performance targets.
