Job summary

Ole & Steen is seeking a Junior Procurement Manager to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and coordinate activities between suppliers and the UK team. The role will focus on Foodservice products and work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager from the Global Procurement team in Denmark, ensuring smooth supplier collaboration.

You will contribute to supplier negotiations and tender processes while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.

• Experience coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Strong communication with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support NPI activities, including product launches and promotions.
• Manage day-to-day communications with suppliers and external partners to address delivery issues.
• Assist in supplier negotiations and tender processes under guidance from Denmark.
