Job summary

Owen Daniels is recruiting an experienced NPI Engineer in High Wycombe to lead product introductions from concept through approval. You will work with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure products meet technical, quality and commercial standards.

Qualifications

Experience in NPI, process engineering or similar technical role.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specs.
Strong attention to detail and analytical approach.
Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee the NPI process from introduction to product approval.
Capture and maintain NPI data in relevant systems.
Coordinate cross-functional reviews to meet timescales.
Manage sample approval process and product testing.
Review drawings and product requirements; support RFQs.
Provide technical support to Sales and customers.
Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve issues.
