The Advocate Group is partnering with a market-leading, fast-growing food business to find an NPD Technologist.

In this role, you will:

• Support NPD projects across a diverse range of products
• Coordinate and report on factory trials
• Contribute to product improvements and resolve development issues
• Assist with technical readiness and production handover
• Manage documentation and quality checks during development
• Collaborate with production, technical, food safety, and commercial teams

The ideal candidate will have:

• 12–18 months of experience in food product development, including placements or internships
• A relevant degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• A strong interest in innovation and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to work cross-functionally
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach
• Basic knowledge of HACCP or food safety standards is a plus
