Here you will be a key part of the NPD team, co-ordinating projects across all sites, products, and retail customers.

You’ll be joining a well-established, successful food manufacturing group with a diverse range of great tasting products.

You’ll be working on innovative NPD projects, developing new concepts for the supermarket shelves. This business already has an enviable range of delicious products that consumers love. They are constantly innovating, coming up with new, exciting concepts and you’ll be involved in this process from ideation through to product launch.

Day to day you’ll be liaising with retail customers, keeping them abreast of progress on their NPD projects. You’ll ensure projects are running smoothly, liaising with other business functions to keep everything on track. You’ll ensure all new products have the right documentation and meet customer’s requirements.

You’ll get involved in customer presentations, product testing and benchmarking and trends research too.

Ideally, you’ll have some experience in NPD, an understanding of the product development process and retailers’ ways of working. Being super-organised and confident dealing with customers and internal teams will be key to success in the role.

It’s a permanent role, mainly site-based with some travel that requires full right to work in the UK. The company has a great track record in developing and progressing people so you’ll have real opportunity to further your career here.
