Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is seeking a senior Project Lead to drive New Product Development and strategic supply projects across the EMEA region. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing and Supply teams, translate priorities into actionable plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence, governance, and a track record of NPD delivery in FMCG or similar sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects in supply chain or FMCG.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into executable plans and milestones.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable business impact.
• Capable of working autonomously in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD initiatives from concept to market launch.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic cross-functional supply projects with defined outcomes and milestones.
• Provide governance, prioritisation and execution excellence across the project portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement and capability building through data and tools.
